Browse the Shop or Brands pages, add items to your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your delivery details and click Pay to complete your order via PayFast.
Yes. you need to sign up or log in before adding items to your cart. This lets us save your order history and allows sellers to contact you about your order.
Once an order is placed, contact the seller directly via the Messages feature as quickly as possible. Cancellations are at the seller's discretion and depend on whether the item has already been prepared.
On the checkout page, enter your discount code in the promo code field and click Apply. If the code is valid and meets the minimum order requirement, the discount will be applied to your total before payment.
We use PayFast, South Africa's trusted payment gateway. PayFast supports:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant EFT (via your bank)
- Mobicred
- SCode
Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayFast. We never store your card details. PayFast is PCI-DSS compliant and used by thousands of South African businesses.
If your payment fails, you'll be returned to your cart. Your items will still be saved. Try again with a different payment method, or contact your bank if the issue persists.
Each seller ships directly to you from their location. Delivery times and costs vary by seller. Check the seller's brand page or message them before ordering to confirm delivery details for your area.
Go to My Orders to see the status of all your orders. Sellers update the status as your order progresses (Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered). You'll see a visual timeline for each order.
First, message the seller directly through the Messages feature. If you're unable to resolve the issue, contact us at [email protected] with your order reference number.
Sign up for an account, then ask the platform owner to set your role to "seller". Once you're a seller, you can access the Seller Dashboard to add products and set up your brand profile.
Go to the Seller Dashboard and fill in the Add New Product form. You'll need:
- Product name and price
- Category (jacket, t-shirt, hoodie, etc.)
- Stock quantity
- A description
- A product image
When a product's stock quantity reaches zero, it is automatically removed from the shop so buyers can no longer purchase it. You can re-add it from the seller dashboard when new stock is available.
Go to My Brand from the seller dashboard. You can upload a logo, write your brand story, add your location, WhatsApp number, and social media links. Your brand page is public and visible to all buyers.
KasiTaylored Studio charges a 10% commission on each sale. For example, if you sell a jacket for R500, you receive R450. This commission covers platform maintenance, payment processing support, and visibility.
The platform owner reviews your earnings in the Earnings dashboard and marks your payout as paid once funds are transferred. You'll see your pending and paid amounts at any time in your earnings tracker.
Go to Discount Codes from your dashboard. You can create percentage-off codes or free shipping codes, set expiry dates, usage limits, and minimum order amounts.
Go to Manage Orders to see all orders. You can update the status of each order (Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered) and cancel orders if needed.
Buyers can message you directly from your product pages and brand page. Check Messages in your dashboard to reply. You can also share your WhatsApp number on your brand profile for direct contact.
KasiTaylored Studio is a digital fashion marketplace built for small and local tailoring businesses, especially those in township ("kasi") communities in South Africa. It gives local fashion creators an online presence to showcase and sell their work beyond their physical location.
Browsing and buying is completely free. Sellers pay a 10% commission only when a sale is made. there are no monthly fees or listing fees.

Open any product page and scroll down to the Reviews section. Log in, choose a star rating, write your review, and click Submit. If you purchased the product, your review will show a Verified Purchase badge automatically.
